What and Where I teach in the Community
I currently teach Chair Yoga to seniors at a Retirement home here in London. I was invited to work with them to reduce the falls, teach them balance, proper breathing, building strength and finding peace within their beings. I love this aspect, and I adore the population and their “can do” attitude! They have become my circle of friends that I share quality time with weekly.
I have been teaching private clients and was an active instructor within a fitness- based facility.
But to truly accomplish my vision of my Yoga journey starting my own venture was the next logical progression of my path. I plan to expand my portfolio and my home base will be dedicated to classes, private instruction, fitness training and seeking opportunities to present and lead at retreats and within organizations in the community, spreading the love for movement and balance within life, creating a cohesive community of people that are treating themselves kindly and in turn spreading that to the world around them.
