CANCELLATION POLICY

For Group Classes:

• Prepaid classes and absence from classes are non-refundable.

• We have a 6-hour class cancellation policy. You must cancel at least 6 hours prior to your class. 

• A late cancellation fee of $10 (or 50% of the class cost) will be charged for cancellations less than 6 hours prior to the beginning of the class.

• If you do not cancel, and do not arrive for class, you will be charged the full cost of the class.

• We are not responsible for no-shows due to late arrival, and the fee will still apply.

• Packages are non-refundable. They may be subject to time limits. Always check your expiration date before and after your purchase.

For Private Class Sessions:

• We have a 24-hour cancellation policy for private class sessions.

• Full payment will be charged if you cancel a private class session with less than 24-hour notice.

• Cancellation or rescheduling of a private class session prior to 24-hours before the appointment will be refunded or kept on your account per your wishes.

• If you are late for a private class session, the class will end at the original time.

Refunds due to cancellation by studio:

• Classes, workshops, and events could occasionally be cancelled by the studio. If your event is cancelled by the studio, we will notify you by email or text message. If you have prepaid for your session, you will receive a full refund or full credit toward your Crooked Yoga account, if you choose.
